Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older, rub a thin layer to affected area, 3-4 times daily. Children under 12 years of age consult physician. Wash hands after applying. Store at 68-86 degrees, with lid tightly closed.

Cautions
do not use:

• near eyes or mucous membranes
• on sensitive or damaged skin
• on cuts, wounds, or with bandages
• immediately after a shower or use of heating pad
• if pregnant or breast feeding
